Do you test on animals?
I never test my products on animals; instead, I rely on the feedback of willing family and friends. I also do not buy my ingredients from companies that cannot provide animal testing documentation.
Are your products vegan?
The majority of my products are vegan; however, I do ocassionally use beeswax, honey and from time to time some animal based milk. These will be clearly listed on the ingredients and bars that are vegan friendly will be clearly marked.
Is your soap suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, I believe it is suitable for all skin types and may help alleviate a range of skin conditions; however, you know your skin best. I advise you to do a small skin patch test prior to using any new product on your skin.
What ingredients do you use in your soaps?
We use only high-quality natural ingredients such as nourishing oils, butters, various milks, essential oils, and botanicals in our soaps. We avoid harsh chemicals and artificial fragrances. please read our ingredients page for more information and make sure you check out the ingredients in each product before you purchase!
How long do your soaps last?
This can depend on a variety of factors, such as how the soap is used and how often. How long the soap was able to cure and where and how the soap is stored between uses can also contribute to the lifespan of your artisan soap. Generally, a well-made bar of artisan soap can last an average of between 4 to 6 weeks with regular use.
How should I store my soap?
To prolong the life of your soap, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. We also recommend using a soap dish with drainage to keep your soap dry between uses.
Do you offer custom or personalised orders?
Yes, we offer custom and personalised orders for special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. Please contact us for more information.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates are calculated on weight. Please send an email with the international address and items you wish to purchase and we can get a shipping quote for you.
I am not happy with my order, what can I do?

Do you offer Click & Collect?
I do not currently have a regular click & collect location; however, I am happy to arrange a time and place to enable click and collect orders, please contact me to discuss.
