Refund policy
When you complete a purchase on the Kathari Botanicals website, you are agreeing to the following refund policy. It is your responsibility to read the refund policy prior to finalising your order. Due to our strict hygiene guidelines, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
Kathari Botanicals offer refunds/returns only if you receive a faulty product but not for change of mind. If, due to poor packaging your product has been damaged in transit, we may offer a refund/return as well. However please note, some of our products such as Shower Steamers are fragile and despite our best efforts to package all safely, may possibly have a crack after transport. They usually still stay together as a Shower Steamer. A small crack is not a reason for a refund as it does not impact how a Shower Steamer performs.
Every effort has been made to accurately depict products in our store; however, Kathari Botanicals cannot guarantee the display of any colour through your computer monitor to be accurate. Therefore, we are not liable for variations you may experience in colour. No refund will be granted in this instance.
Kathari Botanicals does not guarantee that the quality of any product, information, service or other material purchased will meet your expectations, we wish that were the case; however, we are all different, please choose your products carefully.
Returns
To be eligible for a refund/return, you must contact us within 72 hours of receipt of your order. Please email us a digital photograph of the damaged/faulty goods, or poor packaging/transport damage, quoting your order number and the product item. Please do not return your item until you have contacted us.
Kathari Botanicals reserve the right to offer a replacement of goods. If the goods are replaced, no refund will be given in this instance.
If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within three days of the notification email.
I have not received my refund (after refund is approved)
If you been approved for a refund, please allow 3-5 business days for this to process. Before contacting Kathari Botanicals, please contact your bank, credit card provider or PayPal, it can take some time before your refund is officially reimbursed. If you’ve done these steps, and you still have not received your refund, please contact me.
Sale items
Please note, all sale items are as described/depicted visually and may have some visual imperfections, faded scents and/or colours. These conditions are excluded from the above for faulty or damaged goods. All purchases made under sale items are final.
Return shipping costs
Kathari Botanicals will supply a return shipping label for faulty items to be returned to us when it is deemed necessary to have the faulty/damaged goods sent back to us. A return shipping label will be emailed to you to attach to the shipment. The cost of returns will be covered by Kathari Botanicals if we request for the item to be returned to us.
Cancellation Policy
Kathari Botanicals does not offer refunds for change of mind. If you wish to cancel an order because of change of mind, you will be issued with a gift card to the value of the order cancellation. Please contact me as soon as possible to ensure the order is not shipped.
Any order that has been shipped, will not be offered a refund or gift voucher for change of mind.
